Phase One comprises a striking, beautifully restored historic mill with contemporary elevated extension and two new homes designed for contemporary living and family life.

With a focus on energy-efficiency and sustainability, these homes are built to order.

Each home has a unique layout designed specifically for the site and setting, maximising natural light, views and space. A mix of materials such as stone, slate, render and cladding compliments the simple, clean designs and glass features showcase the light, bright and expansive living spaces.
